About Me...

Hello, my name is Dan, I am an inveterate traveler, so my sister told me! I wanted to travel the world when I was 14 years of age and have never given up on my dream.

My last trip found me cycling from Plymouth to Istanbul, all the way down through Europe, on my own. I was sitting by the shore on the Greek coast when I made the decision to buy a boat and live on it.

​

I lived on my boat on the river Tamar, a Rustler 31, for a  year, in which time I learned to sail and in June I circumnavigated the UK.

It's been a baptism of fire!
